Paramount Realty was founded by Doug Klein. As a 3rd generation Realtor, Doug has always been part of the Real Estate community. Over the last 20 years Doug has managed an elite team of Account Executives as a Sales Manager in the Mortgage Banking industry, built his own Luxury Home Staging and Property Management Company and has been a successful licensed Real Estate Agent since 2008.
Doug opened Paramount Realty to give his Agents a sense of community, pride and the opportunity to put more of their hard-earned commissions in their own pocket rather than the Brokerages. This is the reason why Doug offers a lucrative 90/10 split with a $10K cap. Doug knows how hard Agents work and believes they need to be compensated more for their efforts. Therefore, Paramount Realty was born!
